Since we don’t have a physical store, all returns and exchanges are handled through our courier service.

Before paying the courier, please take a moment to check your order carefully — size, fitting, material, and design.

If the item doesn’t meet your expectations, you have the right to return it on the spot, paying only the delivery fee.

Please note:

  • Returns and exchanges must be requested within 7 working days from the delivery date.

  • Items must be in original condition, with full packaging and tags.

  • Exchanges are available online only, through our courier.

  • Returns are handled through courier only — we do not accept returns or exchanges at any events, bazaars, or open days.

  • Sale items are non-refundable.
